Inclusivity
We believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. We embrace and celebrate diversity in all its forms, including gender, culture, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and abilities. Our commitment to inclusivity ensures that our programs, initiatives, and spaces are welcoming, respectful, and empowering for all individuals.
Empathy
Empathy is at the heart of everything we do. We recognize the importance of understanding and compassion in building meaningful connections and fostering positive change. By actively listening to and learning from the experiences of others, we ensure that our approach is informed, sensitive, and impactful.
Action
We are dedicated to driving real, lasting change. For us, action means transforming ideas and knowledge into practical, impactful solutions that address the root causes of societal challenges. We focus on equipping individuals and organizations with the tools to take meaningful steps—whether it’s advocating for policy reforms.

Our Mission
Inclusivity, Empathy, Action.
Whether you're an educator, healthcare provider, community leader, or simply passionate about social change, ShiftED Africa equips you with the knowledge and tools to lead the way.
Our Future
A Multilingual Learning Hub
As we grow, ShiftED Africa is expanding into a multilingual learning centre, designed to support individuals with different learning abilities. This means:
• Accessible Content – Simplified language, sign language components, and adaptive formats for various needs.
• Multilingual Learning – Courses available in multiple languages to ensure wider reach and engagement.
• Inclusive Education – Programs tailored for neurodivergent learners and people with disabilities, making education truly inclusive.
We’re building a space where learning is not just informative but also empowering. Join us in creating a future where education is a right, not a privilege.
shiftED Africa truly understands that education should be inclusive, accessible, and transformative. Our work focuses on developing comprehensive curriculums and workshops on consent, gender inclusivity, and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). Designed for diverse audiences—including neurodivergent learners, individuals with disabilities, and multilingual communities—our programs are built to meet people where they are.
Our flagship programs ‘Creating a Culture of Consent’ and ‘Gender-Affirming Care’, are co-facilitated by experts to ensure a thoughtful and informed learning experience.
